Kit:
He was born as an only kit. His family wanted a big family, of 4 or 3 kits, but they got one. He was quite big for some kits. As a kit, there wasn't many others so he sat alone. His family never told him stories, never said they loved him. As he grew, he tried to impress them, but they ignored him and just shook their heads.
Apprentice:
As a apprentice, he was appointed the mentor Gustnose. Though, he was taken for training by both his mother and father. The never sheathed their claws, and he got two scars, one on his left shoulder, on one his right paw. He had to lie and say he went out to take a walk with his parents and he got cut but a sharp thorn. Every training session with them gotten worse and worse. His parents got into a fight about how hard he should be punished for showing weakness in a battle once. They killed each other from blood loss. He watched them die, and he watched as their bodies went cold from the gray foggy dawn. he buried them and told the clan a fox got them.
Warrior:
A few moons later, he received his warrior name, Tanglebriar. Soon after, Gustnose died from a unknown cause, though his suspicions lead him to Darkforest where his mother and father most likely went. He just got colder and colder, every moon that went by. He was referred to as 'the cat who was never understood' or 'misunderstood' by everyone. Whenever someone called him misunderstood, he compares it to as it he was being called stupid or lame. He doesn't know love truly, because he was never told he was loved by his parents, or never congratulated, only by his mentor.
Unusual habits: Loves to dig his long, ebony claws into the ground when he scents any kind of cat not from his clan.
